Q3: What is Co-Design?

Co-design is the act of creating alongside stakeholders, customers or end-users. In healthcare, co-design adds value by asking the people who live and work in an experience to play a direct role in improving that experience.

PCVS acknowledges the importance of each person’s role on your team. It uses co-design to engage each person in improving work and care experiences. When employees’ perspectives are valued, they feel a renewed sense of joy and connection to their work.
